GREGORY WHITE

Gregory Leon White was born in Chicago, IL on August 18, 1949, to Flora Campbell (Nee Williams) and Evan H. Coy. His mother and father both preceded him in death.

Gregory accepted the presence of God in his life and believed deeply in His Word and the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Gregory attended grammar school at William H. Ray Elementary School and graduated Hyde Park Academy High School in 1967. Gregory also attended Roosevelt University and studied Business Administration for three years on an academic scholarship.

Gregory was a loyal employee of Harvard Protection Services as a Security Officer for 37 years until illness disabled him last year.

Gregory departed this life on Friday, May 23, 2025, at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving sister Rochelle M. White of Chicago, IL and his devoted girlfriend Deborah Robertson.

"I shall not pass this way but once. Whatever goodness or kindness I can do, let me do it now, for I shall not pass this way again."
